Airconditioning & Heating

This system is designed by the boatyard. The ducting as created for the airconditioning is also the ducting for the heating system.
Warm water heater, 60 litre, connected to a KABOLA HR 400 diesel burner and the cooling system for the engine. Radiators in owners cabin and shower/ toilets.

The “STURIËR” climate control system is based on a Blue Cool chiller from van Webasto with a HCSC50/D – TWIN/LG –Rotary compressor, with chilled water temp sensor. Airhandlers: 6000 BTU : 2 x Dinette, 1 x guest cabin, 2 x 9000 BTU deckhouse, 12000 BTU owners cabin

Unique feature
Airco systems in both guest cabin and owners cabin can be operated through the inverter from the battery, WITHOUT USING THE GENERATOR. Duration: 6-8 hrs

Important
The airco system is extremly silent – hardly any audible noise.
